The drug maker Pfizer Inc. and its top rival drugmaker GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) announced today that it will pay $2.3 billion for the exclusive exclusive rights to produce its osteoarthritis drug Celebrex and its blockbuster arthritis drug Celeflo, in the U. S. market.
